My Name is John Baxter.  I started assisting engineers around 15 years ago.  I have a good all round building knowledge and have managed numerous building projects including the construction of 4 houses.  I was asked to attend site and assist with investigation works with my construction knowledge in mind.  To begin with this was engineers and architects I had been working with on site.  This has expanded and I now have a vast array of different professionals that I assist.

We have the correct tools, equipment, and knowledge to achieve results quickly.  This not only makes an engineer or architects life easier but enables a client to push ahead quickly with building works.  Using builders or laborers can work, but more often than not, they will have to come back on numerous occasions to retry trial pits or have misunderstood what they need to do.
